In episode 3 we will be talking with Jeff Ratkovich. Jeff worked as a police pilot for the Riverside (Ca.) Police Department. He is currently an EMS pilot in Tennessee. He will discuss how he utilized social media to promote his agency. He also talks about the transition from law enforcement aviation to flying EMS.
