So, has yoga before bedtime every day made me feel much better? In this update show I share my findings from the mat and the unexpected challenges I've faced in committing to a daily bedtime practise. I also get insight from Nadia Narain from TriYoga about the kind of benefits I should be feeling and Ahmed Zambarakji from Touch Energetics who shares the kind of poses we should incorporate into our routine as well as a useful breathing technique to help balance the brain, body and emotions.
