US Deputy Treasury Secretary Michael Faulkender says President Donald Trump is looking for China to pull back on its tariff retaliation and come to the table and work out a new trade deal. Faulkender also talks about the need to pass Trump's proposed tax cuts and how the Department of Government Efficiency is identifying ways to cut discretionary spending. He speaks on to Bloomberg's Sonali Basak, Katie Griefeld and Matt Miller.
