- David comes up with some suggestions for the headline act at Rat Race Dirty Weekend (and accidentally reveals the actual act)
- Jim explains exactly why he feels the need to get naked at every race
- and they preview the forthcoming Edinburgh Ultra (you know, a race with Edinburgh in the name that is actually based in Edinburgh - take note, Edinburgh Marathon)
