Welcome back to Dying Every Day (Stoicism in a Year). This is Day 75, and I’m sharing a clip from my conversation with James Romm (editor of How to Die and How to Have a Life from the Ancient Wisdom for Modern Readers series). He is also the author of a forthcoming book titled Plato and the Tyrant.

In today’s segment, we focus on the role of imagination, particularly in the context of mortality. James and I discuss various Stoic exercises, from journaling to contemplating death, as means to enhance self-awareness.
