Originally French, Olivier moved to the US in 1999. Eight years ago he co-founded Datadog and the journey has been exhilarating and scary in equal measure. Datadog has been doubling its workforce every year and currently employs 800 people. Hiring has been one of Olivier’s main responsibilities and as he says his ability to hire has been the best predictor of future success. Datadog has a 9 figure ARR and has raised 140 million in funding.
