Former social worker Sylvia Beachy exposes the corrupt CPS/Family Court/Foster Care system which is funded by US taxpayers at $128 Billion annually. Thanks to a law signed by Pres. Clinton, financial incentives are paid out when children are taken, put in foster care, and adopted. Others benefitting are the counselors, group homes, placement centers, hospitals, and Big Pharma. Sylvia is now an advocate for families. She's the co-founder of Rescue The Fosters.
