Just this morning the Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit (Maryland) declined to stop the order from district trial Judge Pala Xinis that President Trump must return known terrorist Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia back into the United States no later than midnight tonight, April 7, 2025.

This grotesque violation of the Constitution’s separation and powers doctrine, and the court’s wild overreaching beyond the limited bounds of her genuine jurisdiction must, of course, not be allowed to stand.

Fortunately, no sooner had the court of appeals ruled against the United States national security interests than the White House dropped a motion directly to the Supreme Court asking them to step in and take corrective steps over their incalcitrant and lawless inferior court judges.
