Clay Cumbie is a singer/songwriter that spent his Jr. High & High School years in Columbia, before chasing his dreams in Nashville.
Scotty met Clay when is was 16 or so and "playing out". Even then you could tell that Clay had talent, as a singer, songwriter, and guitar player.
Clay has lived the life of a "Nashville Songwriter", and has lots of insights into the music business from that aspect.
We cover a lot of ground, but it's another "behind-the-scenes" type look at Country music that Liz & Scotty love hearing about so much.
