The wind helped, but the New York Mets bats woke up as they made it six in a row, by defeating the Miami Marlins 10-5. Clay Holmes had his best start in a Mets uniform, racking up 10 strikeouts and taking his start into the 6th inning.
It was a full team affair. Francisco Lindor, Pete Alonso, Brandon Nimmo and Starling Marte all had RBI's as the team tallied 13 hits to win their third straight series.
