Dustin is one of the founders of Momentum Multifamily. He focuses on the strategic direction, acquisitions, and asset management of the Company.
After college, Dustin started his real estate career by flipping houses and purchasing rentals with an eye to go bigger. He began his multifamily career in 2012 by investing passively in 2 deals and syndicated his first deal in 2014 and raised over $1.6M for the purchase.
He had syndicated 11 apartment deals worth over $125M and has raised over $30M in equity. In 2019, he raised over $10k for charity and was elected to his first non-profit board (Cancer Care Services). He helped start a Multifamily meetup that he co-host in Las Colinas called Momentum.
