法院判决再证叶婷举报不实，未来上诉空间几何？达成谅解或是选择

备受关注的叶婷举报事件迎来开封中院的宣判，判决两名被告无期及八年的同时，也再度证明举报不实，当然叶家可以考虑通过法律途径继续，毕竟这是他们的权利，目前两边都提出了上诉，未来二审的空间如何？我来分享一点粗浅的看法供大家参考。
