日前备受关注的胡鑫宇失踪案透露出了警方与家属对话的消息，尽管有很多自媒体讲了各种离奇的故事，但从目前官方表态看没有找到足以论证犯罪事实的证据，因此不存在刑事追责的可能，那么民事追责、行政追责是否可行？怎么做才是对寻找胡鑫宇有帮助的么？我来说说我粗浅的看法。
