上海警方发布一起打人案件的治安处罚通报，据媒体报道打人者是王思聪，目前看警方虽然决定执行治安拘留，但是因为被处罚四人申请复议而暂缓执行，这是符合治安处罚法相关规定，此前也有相关案例被报道，并非网传的“钱大于法”所致。
