日前所谓刑满释放人员成励志网红的新闻引发热议，虽然我认同对此类人员应予以基本人身权利的保障，但将其称为浪子回头则不能认同，由于其成为网红被追捧本身就有碍公序良俗，目前行政执法、行业自律、平台管理均有所规制，不过一些问题仍然有待明晰。
