再聊犯罪人员子女受限：不认同套用罪责逻辑，建议讨论改进完善

之前聊过犯罪人员子女考公参军受限的问题，之后有很多专家老师都提出了对限制的批评，但就我个人看法很多人混淆了社会通俗意义上的惩罚和法律上的罪与罚，因此不认同套用罪责相适应逻辑，同时我也认同现有规则存在完善空间，希望讨论可以向着完善的方向突破，提供一点信息和观点供参考。
