知名编剧称遭刑事自诉！原因竟是见义勇为曝光？

日前知名编剧李亚玲称因见义勇为曝光遭到刑事自诉，此事源于2019年的所谓“国航监督员”事件，对方提起民事诉讼后一审判李亚玲侵权赔偿，目前看二审改判可能性不高，但所谓刑事自诉成功率我也不看好，那么为什么见义勇为会导致这个结果呢？我分享一点观点供大家参考。
