据媒体报道山东一名11岁女生遭殴打侵犯，两名施暴者中一人被刑拘，另一人因未满14周岁获释，此事也引起了对14岁以下法律责任的讨论，就我个人来说一直认为应当扩大刑事责任的范围，但是目前媒体将限制刑事责任曲解成无法律后果，则可能弊大于利。
