童话大王为何输了商标纠纷？关键就在不至混淆！律师称起诉效果待察

昨天童话大王郑渊洁发文称不再发表作品，原因是与一家公司的商标纠纷输了，目前从商评委公开的裁定书看主要是由于该商标并不至导致公众误认，因此郑老师的一些观点或许值得商榷，但我也不认为郑老师是某些人所谓的“碰瓷”，目前律师表态已经起诉，分享一点我的私货供参考。
