劳荣枝律师为何被调查？遭法院投诉炒作诋毁，最重可建议吊销证书

有媒体报道称劳荣枝案二审律师吴丹红遭江西高院投诉，指其涉嫌炒作及诋毁办案机关，不过目前处于律协内部调查阶段，尚不能确认是否会处罚，需要说明的是律协作为行业协会并非执法机构，所能作出的最重处罚是取消会员资格及建议吊销证书，那么吴丹红的那些行为可能引起了投诉呢？说一点我粗浅的看法供大家参考。
