纠正一下！分裂国家罪最重判死刑！刑法单独条文明确规定

近日中国台湾地区犯罪嫌疑人杨智渊涉嫌分裂国家罪被批捕引发关注，但有媒体报道称该罪名最高判无期，实际上刑法对此罪名有规定可以判处死刑，实际上央视此前采访专家就明确表示过可判死刑，在此做一点纠正供参考。
