举报者晒证据能实锤史航么？目前看效力仍存疑，声明或反暴露弱点

史航被指性骚扰案终于有人晒出了证据，不过目前看这些证据的效力存疑，能否论证性骚扰存在或有障碍，同时举报者声明中不提刑事追责可能反而暴露弱点，当然此事还存在两个变数，我来说说我粗浅的意见供大家参考。
