近日两名国人在巴厘岛殒命事件引发关注，虽然关于死亡原因有很多猜测，但就我个人来说尚不能确认是否自杀，未来仍有赖警方确认，不过可以确认中国法律依据保护原则有管辖权，至于酒店是否担责则要看是否存在过错。
