毕节通报打记者为何仅行拘？伤情不够故意伤害，期待更多细节说明

今天毕节市通报记者被打事件，打人者是当地派出所副所长及两名辅警，目前三人已经被行政拘留，从目前信息看伤情鉴定不足以追究刑事责任，相关处罚措施符合法规，不过此事仍存在诸多疑问，期待官方未来可以有更多说明，同时提供一点我粗浅的建议。
