近日杭州一网红举报新东方违规补课事件引发关注，一些人对双减政策的法律依据似乎存在误解。实际上双减政策一开始就是仅针对义务教育阶段，其法律依据来自《民办教育促进法》，而高中阶段参照执行则来自教育部的行政命令，至于这位网红的举报有些地方仍待确认，不过这件事倒是让我想起了当年的“格斗孤儿”事件。
