山西一男子在订婚宴之后被控强奸未婚妻遭起诉，中间曾经发生女方家人要求房子加名的情况，但这个关注点其实并不足以判断是否强奸，在我看来现有报道缺失关键信息，所谓警方表态也有待确认，聊一点我的看法仅供参考。
