曾经引发热议的治安管理处罚法修订，目前进入二次审议稿征求意见阶段，其中“有损中华民族精神、伤害中华民族感情”的提法被取代，对于这个修改仍有很多讨论，比如关于一些涉日元素苏如何界定，聊聊我的看法供参考。
