发现酒店内藏摄像头留差评，房客为何反被起诉？

包头一酒店内发现暗藏摄像头，之后房客对酒店留言差评，之后收到了据称是该酒店两名员工起诉书，目前警方通报关于摄像头事件已经立案，对于这件事怎么看？聊聊我的看法供参考。
