中国围棋选手柯洁，继昨天因两次提子未放置在棋盒盖上被判负，今天的第三场比赛又因为对裁判介入时机不满申请重赛，被拒绝后退出比赛。虽然我对围棋不太了解，但是涉及到规则的问题也想分享一点信息供参考。
