Episode 1 of Breathe, Empower & Evolve with Tina. This episode is the start - the scary, full-of-self-doubt start. Who am I to make this podcast? That was the question. The answer - Who am I not to! This led me to introspection and prompted me to consider my values, beliefs, and behaviours that don't align with my true self. I am me, this is where I am, and this is the start. This is a journey towards authenticity, where we strive to live in alignment with our true selves rather than conforming to external expectations or societal pressures.
I am a Soul Alignment & Breathwork Guide, and I truly believe we are all here to remember who we are and live our Soul's Purpose. When we step into our authenticity and start living in alignment, life starts to flow. We can't WAIT until we are somewhere or someone else. I am me. You are you. Let's own that. Let's show up.
