SIPS Episode – Today’s show is all about bonded whiskey. What do we mean when we say a whiskey is bottled in bond? Well back before the turn of 20th century, when a consumer bought whiskey, they had no way of knowing what that whiskey might contain as the industry was largely unregulated.
