It's time to add the over 3.3 million US territorial citizens to those who would become eligible to vote for POTUS at age 18. They should have members in Congress and Senators representing them: They are American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and The U.S Virgin Islands. Puerto Rico would become the 10th most populous state in the union.
