As many of you will no doubt already know, many of the problems that plague the United States are directly related to our compulsion to evade the reality of utilizing "Honest Money". That is to say, some medium of exchange that CANNOT be produced from NOTHING. It's not surprising that government does NOT want to relinquish this power, but if the people want to avoid being wiped out like the Germans in Weimar Republic, a radically different conversation needs to be introduced into our body politic. The Trump Tariffs will not usher in this conversation, nor will they solve the problem they think it will.
