China announced plans to retaliate against Trump’s tariff with a matching 34% tariff against the U.S. Trump claims that if China retaliates, he will raise their tariff to 50%. China is calling Trumps posturing a mistake on top of a mistake as the trade war escalates, markets crash and investors panic.
