This morning, I heard a little blurb about how "CT lawmakers are looking to crack down on street takeovers''. I am familiar with what street takeovers are am aware of what issue it is, however I was curious what those in charge had planned. So, I did some research and as one might expect, it's nothing but a cloud of smoke. Enjoy.
