The association was formed in 2019 and became a 501c3 organization in 2021. They host various events, including golf tournaments, clay shoots, and a scholarship dinner, to raise money for scholarships, grants, and community improvement efforts. The association aims to promote networking, pipeline safety, and STEM education in the Permian Basin and Delaware Basin regions. They have over 450 members and hold monthly meetings alternating between the two regions.
