Detroit Pistons fell short against the Memphis Grizzlies 109-103. Despite a valiant effort, the Pistons struggled with their shooting, finishing with a field goal percentage of 38.5%, while the Grizzlies shot 41.5%. Cade Cunningham led the Pistons offense with 25 points, supported by Isaiah Stewart's solid 16 points and 8 rebounds. Ausar Thompson also contributed significantly with a double-double, scoring 18 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. On the other side, Desmond Bane was a standout for Memphis, pouring in 38 points and securing 7 rebounds. The Pistons showed resilience, trailing by as many as 10 points at one stage, but ultimately weren't able to overcome Memphis’ lead. With the loss, the Pistons continue to search for answers as they aim to improve their performance moving forward.
