In this episode, Cruz discusses a sexual assault investigation involving a father/daughter rape, and some of San Diego County's major bank robbery investigations are discussed, along with a series of robberies in North San Diego County, dubbed The Brown Hood Bandit series, in which the robber is involved in a gunfight with the store owner inside a market in San Marcos, California.
