Ep174 Six More Minutes with Steven B "Mr. Gratitude"

Season 2 Published 4 years, 6 months ago
Description

In life, we are faced with life-changing moments that are meant to help us see the things we should be grateful for, but do we recognize them? Are you able to accept the gifts life gives you? Heartbeats are free. The air we breathe is free, but how often do we say thank you for those amazing life gifts?

Mr. Gratitude himself discusses the moments he realized he was a really ungrateful person and how he changed that trajectory to be a truly grateful person. There are so many things we are a part of that we are not AWARE of. The moments we get to share with a small hummingbird, or a skunk leading the way down a trail, or even a fish swimming in the ocean are soft reasons to be grateful.

Join us today in this outstanding episode that will give you insight into gratitude. Positivity and being grateful go hand in hand

What are you grateful for? Do you take life for granted?

Do you ever ask yourself, what keeps me here on earth?

Instead of saying this is happening TO me ask, Why is this happening FOR me?

How do you plan for the end of your life?

How can you weave more gratitude into our lives?

Each breath, each heartbeat is a gift and what we do with them is completely up to us.
