To further enhance this experience, incorporate a gentle breathing technique, working with the breath to anchor you in the present moment and promote a sense of flow.

As you settle in, allow yourself to get comfortable. There is no need to force anything; simply allow yourself to be guided. We will let the sound of the water, the rhythm of your breath, the power of the affirmation, and the imagery work together to create a rich and transformative experience."
