We delved into her journey from starting Blavity in 2014 to growing it into a major corporation that builds products, services, and experiences for Black people and multicultural audiences.

Morgan shared her background, growing up in St. Louis and living in various cities like Nashville, L.A., and the Bay Area. She started her career in Silicon Valley, which played a crucial role in shaping her entrepreneurial mindset. Blavity has made significant strides, including three acquisitions of Black businesses and becoming the largest Black publisher for our generation.
