In Jesus’ presence, we have no need to fear. In John 6:16-21, we see three stages that the disciples went through that taught them about Jesus’ presence.

Stage 3: The Effect of Jesus’ Presence
Four effects of experiencing Jesus’ presence in difficulties.
1. Sometimes difficulties teach us to trust.
2. Sometimes difficulties teach us to surrender.
3. Sometimes difficulties teach us how to have courage.
4. Sometimes difficulties teach us to be prepared.
Ultimately, the lesson Jesus teaches us in this moment is that He is the One who will see us through our difficulties.
