Crazy Homeless Woman Arrested for Trespassing in Hoboken, NJ – PART 2
Around 5:03 PM on September 30, 2022, officers with the Hoboken Police Department were dispatched to Basile’s Pizza based on a report of a disorderly female who was screaming and refusing to leave. Officer Chelsea Calsetta first arrived on scene and made contact with the suspect, whom she recognized as 36-year-old Jessica Rosewall. As a homeless woman living in Hoboken, Jessica was already known to Hoboken Police.
Jessica seemed incoherent and continued to yell at passerby. Around this time, Officer Tyrone Huggins also arrived on scene to assist. Officer Huggins requested Hoboken EMS to arrive on scene, but Jessica refused medical attention. After Jessica refused medical attention, she was placed under arrest and transported to police HQ. Jessica was charged with disorderly conduct in violation of 2C:33-2A(1).
