On November 4th, 2023. Officers conducted a traffic stop/welfare check on a man who kept revving his motorcycle on the side of the road. When the officer approached the man, he started of calm but the man started to walk off when the officer asked him to stay put. After refusing to remain on the scene, the man then started to act extremely belligerent towards the officer .. threatening to bite the officer's fingers off. The officer had enough of his antics and he pulled out his taser to defuse the situation. Once he got in the squad car, the man would go from rude then he would start crying and begging for officers to uncuff him.
