Evil Neighbor Thinks His Murder Is Funny | Case of Joseph Gonzales
On August 29th, 2022, deputies in Albuquerque, New Mexico, were dispatched to a reported shooting. The caller, Joseph Gonzales, stated that he had shot an unknown male. According to Joseph, the man, later identified as 35-year-old Abner Antillon, had sped past his residence, prompting Joseph to ask him to slow down.
Joseph claimed that Abner exited his truck, approached him, and threatened to kill him. Fearing for his safety, Joseph said he fired a warning shot. When Abner returned to his truck, Joseph stated that he believed he had no choice but to shoot him.
Officers quickly responded to the scene, and the following encounter with Joseph was captured on bodycam.
