Description
UFC put on a great free TV card with UFC Live 5: Hardy vs. Lytle, and we spend a good part of this week's show sending off Chris Lytle, pondering Dan Hardy's future, and praising the incredible Ben Henderson vs. Jim Miller fight. We discuss the rest of the card too, but those guys get most of the love.
Then we get into all of this week's news, including UFC's deal with The Fox Network, Rich Franklin's new mindset, Golden Glory's contract issues, Bellator 48, and the unfortunate passing of local MMA trainer Shawn Tompkins.
