We have another packed show this week as we discuss the results of UFC Fight Night: Machida vs. Munoz from last weekend, preview the stacked Bellator 106: Chandler vs. Alvarez show coming up on Saturday, and run down some of the bigger recent MMA news.
We also have UFC's Executive Vice-President of Entertainment Don Gold, and nutrition expert Mike Dolce on to talk about the new UFC Fit program. Greg has been using UFC Fit for about a month and loves it, but we figured it was best for everyone to hear it from the guys behind the system.
