The home of alleged Hutch gang member James ‘Mago’ Gately was finally seized by CAB yesterday after a lengthy legal battle.
However, officers from the Criminal Assets Bureau didn’t have it all their own way - and had to use ladders to check the upstairs after the staircase had been removed.
