She has worked in the NHS for twenty years without a single complaint. Yet last December she was handed an 18-month suspension by the General Medical Council. A group of lawyers with ties to Israel took exception to her comments on Israel’s genocide in Gaza. Dr. Ali made the comments on social media, NOT while practicing medicine.
