Karrie holds two B.A. degrees (Communications and German, Creighton University, 1993), two coaching qualifications (Life Coaching (2008) and Mindset Coaching (2022)) and multiple certifications in neuroscience-based, somatic and spiritual techniques. She worked for 25 years in corporate internal communications for FTSE-100 businesses before discovering and embracing her calling as a Life Transformation Coach in 2022.
